She is survived by: her husband Donald Golis; her children, Brenda Gilman, Cindy Goodman, Bryan Golis and Kimie Golis; her brother Joe Jurgelewicz; her grandsons, James, Danny and Steven; and her great grandchild Aria. She is also survived by her parents, her husband's parents, and her best friend.

In lieu of flowers you may donate to any of her favorite charities such as the ASPCA, St. Labre Indian School, Tunnels to Towers Foundation, the Shriners Hospital for Children, or to the Disabled American Veterans.
