He is survived by: his children, Kurt (Angela) of Suffern, NY, Spencer Gallagher (Emily) of Princeton, NJ and Maura MacIsaac (Angus) of Ocean View, DE; his daughter-in-law Tammy Gallagher of Lock Haven, PA; his grandchildren, Jasper, Alena, Tess, Franny and Mia; and his siblings, Vince, Gary Gallagher and Gayle Hughes.
