Potter of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward Potter and Virgie Mary Potter (Butler); and his brothers, John E. Potter and Joseph M. Potter. He is survived by: his children, Kelly P. Tuttle (Braden) of Easton, MD, Kevin M. Potter of Dagsboro, DE and Matthew E. Potter of Virginia Beach, VA; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Tuttle, Katelyn Tuttle and Savannah Potter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
