It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine W. Carr of Ocean View, Delaware, who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Robert H. Carr, Nancy Albrittain and Cheryl Rivera. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
