Lisa Kay Kisenwether Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lisa Kay Kisenwether of Ocean View, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 64. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lisa Kay Kisenwether to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her son Christopher Ziegler; her grandmother Viola Wolford; her parents, Barbara Ann Wolford Ziegler and James Ziegler; her sister Melissa Marie Stout; and her grandfather James S. Zeigler.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas Kisenwether; her siblings, Vonalea Marie Ziegler, Cheryl A. Stout Rodriguez and James B. Ziegler; her aunts, Donna Wolford and Patricia Wolford Moore; her uncle Ron Wolford; her in-laws, Debbie, Vince Nallo, William, Judy Kisenwether and Brian Kisenwether; and her extended family, Carlee, Jace, Kyson, Trey Kalbfleisch, Cole, Kassie, Cooper Snider, Rocky Snider and Phil Snider. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews grand nieces, and grand nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ocean View Chapel (38040 Muddy Neck Rd, Ocean View, DE 19970). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Johns Hopkins Cancer Center (https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org) in Baltimore, Maryland to honor Lisa's memory.
