He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Bauer. He is survived by: his parents, John and Janet; and his siblings, Sandra Hammerschmidt (Brian), Kimberly Hayes (Brett) and Christopher Bauer. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services (38040 Muddy Neck Rd, Ocean View, DE 19970). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (32112 Vines Creek Rd, Dagsboro, DE 19939).
