It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Mulcare (Ocean View, Delaware), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 24, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mulcare and Margaret Mulcare. He is survived by: his spouse Kathy; his children, Kathy (David) and Michael (Michelle); his stepchildren, Gregory (Janice) and Linda; and his brother Jimmy. He is also survived by nieces, and cousins.
