He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Gallagher, William Gallagher and Ann Boyce. He is survived by: his wife Florence E. Gallagher (Tomlinson); his children, Susan Weiswasser, Kimberly Fardone, John Gallagher (Micaela) and Bill Gallagher (Colleen); his grandchildren, Jerome, Christina, Jessica, Liam, Brynn, John John, Dylan, Michael and Dakota; and his siblings, Michael Gallagher and Marie Leneghan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Jack's name to St. Ann's Catholic Church Choir, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.
