He was predeceased by: his parent Leon Radka; his former wives, Jeanette Radka (Covelli) and Barbara Manley Radka (Jones); and his stepdaughter Judy McCormack. He is survived by: his parent Stella Radka; his wife Barbara; his sons, James M. Radka (Kathy), Paul J. Radka and Leon Radka; his grandchildren, Jason Radka (Patricia), Samantha McCool (Christopher), Erik Radka (Shoshana), Kaitlyn, Quinn and Mikaela Radka; his great grandchild Alexandra Radka; his siblings, Eugene Radka (Gloria), Delores Feeney and Irene Annone; and his stepchildren, Tom Manley (Mary), Gerald Manley (Colleen), Nancy Manley and Frederick Manley.
