She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Newcomb and Irene L. White Newcomb; her aunt Ella White MacNamee; and her grandson Sean Reid O'Neill. She is survived by: her husband Charles J. O'Neill; her children, Brenda Treherne of Ocean View, DE, Fred O'Neill (Sherry) of Lancaster, PA and David O'Neill (Julie) of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Adam, Ashlyn, Mitchell, Kathryn, Kristina, Nicholas, Collin, Kelsey and Shane; and her sister Irene Newcomb Williams (Tim).
Due to the Covid Pandemic, Memorial Services in Delaware and Pennsylvania will be announced at a later date.
