We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2018, at the age of 77, Jean Roche (Ocean View, Delaware), born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Columbia "Dutch" M. (Brandenburg) and William M. Pigott; her husbands, Thomas L. Roche and Andrea M. Barron-Hughes of Canton, GA; her daughter Karen M. Briggs (Gil) of Olney, MD.; and her grandchildren, Albert Briggs III, William "Billy" Briggs, Luke Briggs, Shelby Barron, Taylor Barron and Logan Bobo.
