It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Anthony Ellis of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Ellis and Asunta "Sue" Ellis (Maiorini); and his brothers, Paul Parente, John Ellis, Sam Ellis and Ronald Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Ellis (Inscoe); his children, Mark Ellis, Susan Ash (Lawrence), Cathy England (Steve) and Sam Ellis (Tara); his grandchildren, Joe Garner, Lona Garner, Michelle England-LaFrance (Anthony), Ryan Ellis and Gina Ellis; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Lewis and Ethan England.
