It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Turnbull Young of Ocean View, Delaware, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Wharton Turnbull and Elizabeth Beryl Turnbull (Jasper); her husband George Young; and her sisters, Anne Crawford and Patricia Wareham.

She is survived by: her son David Young (Katie); and her grandsons, Taylor Young (Amber) and Rob Young.
