It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Shipley (Ocean View, Delaware), who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Dewell and Alice May Patton Dewell; her husband Millard Stuart Shipley; and her sister Nellie Duvall of Westminster. She is survived by: her daughter Thelma Anne Guzman; her son-in-law Charles L. Guzman of Ocean View, DE; and her grandson Charles Houston Guzman.
