We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Ambrose (Ocean View, Delaware), born in Wilmington, Delaware. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herman Goodman and Margaret Goodman (Hassel); her children, Kenneth W. Ambrose of South Bethany, Lee Ambrose (Karen) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Linda A. Townsend (Bud) of Georgetown; her husband Melvin Ambrose; and her daughter-in-law Sonya Ambrose. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Matthews By-the-Sea United Methodist Church, 1000 Coastal Hwy., Fenwick Island, DE 19944.
