She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Betts Richardson and Moreau A. Keller of Milton, Delaware.. She is survived by: her sons, Darren M. Bell of Tucson, AZ and Jeremy D. Bell of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, Alexis Bell, Alysa Bell and Ryan Bell of Lake Forest, CA; her siblings, Jody M. Richardson of Colorado Springs, CO and Kathryn; and her brother-in-law Steve Barker of Battle Creek, MI..
