He is survived by: his parents, David C. Hoffmaster, Sr. and Mary Joann Hoffmaster (Cornwell); his daughter Katherine Hoffmaster (Kate); his wife Nancy A. Hoffmaster (Watson); his son David, III (Brittany); his grandsons, Brooks, Mason and Rhys; and his siblings, Joe (Vicki), Bobby (Sue), Clare (late Chris), Philip and Marty (Ellen).
