We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2022, at the age of 87, Cecelia Theresa Leahy of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Leahy; her daughter Colleen Leahy Harris; and her parents, Roseann Scullion and Henry Scullion. She is survived by: her children, James Leahy (Betteann), Michael Leahy (Rose Anne), Katie Leahy, Kerry Lisiewski (Greg) and Matt Leahy (Amy); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Steven, Ryan, Jordan Leahy, Kyle Harris, Jennifer, Thomas, Nicholas Leahy, Courtney, Cecelia Lisiewski, Connor, Kellan Leahy, Andrea Gribbin and Denis Rimbaut; her sister Sarah Collins (Jerry); and her brother-in-law Thomas Leahy (Guillermina). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
