She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Jarmon and Viola Jarmon (Rodgers); her husband Jacob E. Banks, Jr.; and her siblings, Jimmy Jarman, Eunice Jarman, Doris Hillman, Marie Pruitt and Alice Melson.
She is survived by: her daughter Hope Vickers (Elwood) of Ocean View, DE; her grandsons, Woody Vickers (Tanya) of Frankford, DE and Todd Vickers (Kelley) of Ocean View, DE; her great grandchildren, Amanda Flores, Caden Vickers and River Vickers; her siblings, Howard Jarman (Sara) of Berlin, MD, Betty Palmer of Berlin, MD, Ida Cropper of Showell, MD and Ruth Culver of Salisbury, MD; her sister-in-law Achsah Jarman of Berlin, MD; and her pet Reece. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
