It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adele C. Mayfield of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Yurashis and Suzanne Yurashis (Yukitis); her husband Rev. Harry Mayfield (Oliver W. Cropper); and her sister Ann Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Sally L. MacGregor (Jack) of Berryville, VA; her granddaughters, Courtney MacGregor Coder and Megan MacGregor Dry; and her great grandchildren, Emersyn Coder, Charlotte Coder and Jackson Coder.
