He was predeceased by: his son Daniel L. Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Julia Kemp; his children, Amy Kemp, James Kemp (Heather) and Michael Kemp (Dayna); and his sister Pamela Tuohey (Harry). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and other extended family.
