He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Dixon (James); his stepdaughter Leslie; his grandchildren, Maddox and Colin; his stepgrandchildren, John, Emmanuel, Sarah and Seth; and his sister Pauline Bernath of Bangor, ME.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to Covid 19, services and burial will be private however, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
