It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Lowther (Newport, Delaware), who passed away on March 18, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Lowther; and his sisters, Margaret White and Eleanor Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Terri L. Roach (Michael), Pamela Blansfield Howard (Tom) and Blanche Speaker. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
