He was predeceased by: his wife Rena Adams; and his siblings, Rose Marie Fields, Donald Adams, David Adams, Bruce Adams and Emilie Rosson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Niezgoda (Patty) and Michelle Kollar (Ray); his granddaughter Danielle Adams; and his siblings, Doyle Adams, Denny Adams (Betty), Judy Lombardi, Jan Bullard, Valerie Bentley (Gail), Leonard Adams, Jr (Pat), Larry Adams and Charlie Adams (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
