With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy White (Newport, Delaware), born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on February 9, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Christine J. White; his parents, Emmette White and Frances White; and his brother James White. He is survived by: his son Brendan White (Kerry); and his siblings, Linda Brunskill (Robert), Ronnie White, Ora Jean Loftus (Michael) and Emmette White. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
