He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Amalie A. Ledwith (Butler) and William P. Ledwith Jr.; his parents, William and Paula; his grandparents, Dorothy H. Way and Bruce T. Cook (Beatrice); his aunts, Melanie Cook, Amalie Rodek (Joseph) and Linda Allen (Michael); and his cousins, Christopher Feathers (Rebecca), Jennifer Brown (Frank) and Jeffrey Allen.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Patrick's memory to the Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
