He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lovett Linwood Lewis; his children, Wendy Lewis and Caitlyn Brown (Tim); his stepchildren, Trevor Moore (Christine), Jeffrey Linwood (Clover), Judith Linwood (Zachary Reese) and Robert Linwood; his grandchildren, Myah, Zoya, Mason and Luna; and his brothers, John M. Lewis (Jean) and David S. Lewis (Linda).
