He is survived by: his son Victor III; his wife Marsha; his daughter Janina Roth (Todd); his granddaughter Phoenix Williams; his siblings, Margaret Quarterman (AJ), Sandra Palmer (William) and Tony Hart (Margaret); and his sisters-in-law, Celeste Bivings (Gussie), Anita Adams and Lorna Shreeves. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
