With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vickie Lynne Allione Newcomer of Newark, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 57. In the sacred silence of farewell, Vickie Lynne Allione is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Charles Allione, Sr.; and her sister Frances Marie Collender. She is survived by: her mother Eleanor Gertrude "Ellie" Allione (Ennis); her husband Scott Allan Newcomer; her children, Jessica Duonnolo (Anthony) and Scotty Newcomer; and her siblings, DebbieSue Romanoski and Joe Allione, Jr. (Becca). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
