He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara L. Merrill; his grandparents, John A. Merrill, Mary E. Merrill (Cowan), Henry Bien Sr. and Virginia M. Bien (Foy); his stepmother Trudy Bien; and his sister Michelle L. Bien.
He is survived by: his father Thomas A. Bien; and his children, Conner, Collin Bien, Rey and Cara.
