He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Meadows (Mars); his sons, Thomas Meadows, Jr. (Kimberly), Wayne Meadows (Sabra), Ryan Meadows (Gina) and Mark Meadows; his grandchildren, Amanda Ristau (Thomas), Matthew Meadows, Andrew Meadows, Ryder Meadows and Carter Meadows; his siblings, Harold Meadows, Ernest Meadows, Donna Yedinak, Mary Clark, Debbie Giffing (Bill) and Judy Rohl (Geno); and his brother-in-law Ronald Holle.
