He is survived by: his significant other Jean Elizabeth Phillips; his brother Jerry Skelly (Irene) of Newark, DE.; his children, Christine Townsend (Mike), Jeremy Leerssen (Laura), Debra Dudeck (Joey) and David Skelly (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Caroline, Meghan, Elizabeth Townsend, Zachary, Jadyn Leerssen, Joshua, Joseph Dudeck, Kyle and Natalie Skelly.
