He was predeceased by: his wife Irene M. Crew; and his siblings, Joseph Crew, Robert Crew, Nancy Odom and Carol Scharr.
He is survived by: his son Thomas O. Crew III; his daughter-in-law Angela Crew; his grandson Tyler Crew; and his sisters, Eleanore Mutchler and Joyce Lordy.
