She was predeceased by: her parents, Aljozy Rutkowski and Josephine Rutkowski (Czerwinska); her brother Alfred; her sister-in-law Irene Rutkowski; and her sister Carolyn Rutkowski.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Starr; and her sons, Mark Starr and Edward Starr (Emily).
