We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2022, at the age of 82, Shirley K. Fischer of Newark, Delaware, born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Kramer and Helen Kramer (Endy); her brother William Kramer (Dorothy); and her stepson Jeffrey Fischer. She is survived by: her husband Hugh B. Fischer; her stepdaughter Karen Wheatley; and her stepgrandsons, Justin and Tyler Wheatley.
