He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edwards and Alvretta Carey Edwards; his wives, Geraldine Edwards and Nancy Edwards; his siblings, Forrest, Thomas Edwards and Alvretta Crozier; and his grandson Dylan Deaton.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Edwards (Cathy), Dianna Deaton (Scott) and Lee Edwards (Gladys); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Edwards, Meagan Deaton and Dustin Edwards; and his friend Marie Walker.
