He was predeceased by: his father James R. Welsh; and his pets, Muffin, Smokey, Coco, Dexter, Jack and Nala.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Lyn Welsh (Orlanda); his children, Barbaraluz "Barbie" Welsh and Michael J. Welsh; his mother Hazel Anderson (Taggart); his stepfather Larry Anderson; his siblings, Robert Welsh, David Welsh (Tanya), Patrick Welsh and Tara DeMarco (Charlie); his half-sister Mary Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Nicholas, Olivia, Jack and Stephen.
