She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Palubin and Mary Kuntz; her husband Joseph J. Gwiazdowski; her granddaughter Gina Patnaik (Kapil); and her daughter-in-law Gail Gwiazdowski.
She is survived by: her brother Henry Palubin; her children, Joseph Gwiazdowski (Elaine), Mary Ann Gladnick (Mark) and Steven Gwiazdowski (Lynne); her grandchildren, Eric Gwiazdowski, Jeff Gladnick (Julie), Brian Gladnick (Lisa), Tommy Gladnick (Elizabeth), Julia Gladnick, Anna Gwiazdowski (Raunaq) and Austin Gwiazdowski; and her great grandchildren, Claire, Owen, Grayson, Henry, Sydney, Joey, Daphne and Mackenzie Gladnick.
