It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Stafford (Newark, Delaware), who passed away on August 29, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Russell D. Stafford. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Stafford; his children, Donna L. Turner, Tammi L. Doss and Beverly A. Neal; and his best buddy Duke. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
