It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Mary Neill of Newark, Delaware, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sepcie and Addie Mae Kettlewood; and her siblings, Gloria Seager, Carol Sutton, Claire Braxton, Ross Kettlewood, Gary Kettlewood and Bruce Kettlewood.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn M. Andrews, Margie A. Robinson (Michael) and Kevin M. Neill (Jocelyn); and her brother-in-law Bobby Braxton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
