With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose L. Cuff (Newark, Delaware), who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cicero "Bud" Lee Carter of Georgia and Estella Bronson Carter of North Carolina; and her siblings, Percy Bronson, John Wesley Carter, Joseph Carter, Lillie Mae Harper, Loretta Carter, Mary Jefferson and Christine Cooper.
She is survived by: her friend Rose; her children, Robert Cuff (Terry), Marjorie Peterson (Leon) and Donald Cuff (Jane); her grandchildren, Wakeelah Howze, Tywanda Cuffy (Andrew Sr.) and Shakia Williams; her great grandchildren, Shayna Howze, Maya Cuffy and Andrew Cuffy Jr.; her daughter-in-law Sheila West; and her siblings, Enoch Carter, William Carter and Ellen Land. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faith City Family Church (179 Stanton Christiana Rd, Newark, DE 19702). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
