He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. James; and his wife Meredith (Morrell). He is survived by: his mother Alice Marie James (Tyne); his brother-in-law Kirk; his siblings, Maureen J. Chandler (Kirk), Dr. Carol J. Hoffman (David) and Dr. Kenneth J. James (Susan); his nieces and nephews, David James, Wyatt James Hoffman, Erin Chandler Hauck (Colin) and Melissa James; and his great-niece Abigail Chandler Hauck. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
