He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ann Brown; his stepchildren, Erin Bagnatori (Jana) and Kyle Bagnatori (Joy); his children, Nathan Carlin (Michelle), Grace Hernandez (Albert) and Kristy Brown of California; his daughter-in-law Barbara; his son Douglas Jacobs of St. Louis; and his brother-in-law Pat Harkins of Newark. He is also survived by five grandchildren, his sister.
