He was predeceased by: his father James H. Negstad; and his stepsons, Larry Michael Smith, Stephen Mark Smith and Phillip David Smith Sr. Hs. He is survived by: his mother Doris Negstad Kampy (Altgilbers); his stepfather John Kampy; his wife Ann Morgan Smith Negstad; his daughters, Cheryl Lynn Summers, Darcy Lea Negstad, Melanie Jo Negstad, Alicia Marie Negstad and Tanika Lea Hart; and his stepchildren, James Maxwell Smith (Chet) and Lisa Beth Smith Lloyd (Tim). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
