He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Nelson Bieber and Stella Bieber. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey and Scott; his wife Rosemary; his daughter-in-law Bonnie; his grandchildren, Jarrod Bieber, Sarah Bieber Wright (Christopher) and Hannah Bieber; his daughter-in-law Charlene; his granddaughter Kelly Bieber Gilmore (Casey); his great grandchild Cohen Gilmore; and his sisters, Shirley Horner and Marilyn Eidell.
