It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Meadows of Newark, Delaware, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Tom. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Meadows, Jr. (Kimberly), Wayne Meadows (Sabra), Ryan Meadows (Gina) and Mark Meadows; her grandchildren, Amanda Ristau (Thomas), Matthew Meadows, Andrew Meadows, Ryder Meadows and Carter Meadows; her siblings-in-law, Harold Meadows, Ernest Meadows, Ronald Holle, Donna Yedinak, Mary Clark, Debbie Giffing (Bill) and Judy Rohl (Geno); and also Linda.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "Susan G Koman Foundation".
