He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Reed and Lynn Ivan Clifford; and his sister Donna Sutcliff. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen of Newark; his siblings, Stephanie Reed of Townsend, Monty Sutcliff of Michigan and Theresa of Virginia; his children, Jenna Taylor of Northeast, MD and Danny Jones of Maryland; his stepchildren, Pyne of Middletown and Craig Biggers of Newark; and his stepgranddaughter Ellie Biggers of Middletown.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Paul's name to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital (http://www.stjude.org), ASPCA (https://secure.aspca.org).
