He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Mulhern and Patricia Young Mulhern. He is survived by: his wife Penny J. Mulhern; his children, Ryan P. Mulhern (Chrissy), Kylie, Reagan and Victoria L. Ostroff (Adam); his grandchild AJ; his siblings, Robert Mulhern, Tom Mulhern (Anita), Susie Mulhern and Pam Mulhern; and his stepmother Suzanne Mulhern. He is also survived by several nieces; and 2 nephews.
