She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Steele and Jane Steele (Gaines); her husband Robert Gaines Steele; and her children, Susan Steele Storrer, Amy Adair Steele and Bryan Christopher Steele.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Doug Michael Ray, Catherine Ball and Jennifer McDonie. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
