She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Sandifer (Kulb) and Mack Sandifer; and her brother Michael Sandifer. She is survived by: her husband Al Welz; her children, Michael Welz (Christine) and Colleen Sharp; her grandchildren, Nathan Welz, Ryan Sharp and Devan Welz; her sister Tina Katz (Butch); her nephew George Katz (Carynn); and her brother-in-law Phil Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Patricia's name to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
